Thieves Essential Oil

Thieves Essential Oil is what sparked my interest in essential oils. What's Thieves Essential Oil, you ask? First let me mention, I don't pretend to be any kind of expert, far from it! I just want to share what I do know and what my experience has been. Thieves is a proprietary essential oil blend created by Young Living. It's a blend of clove, lemon, cinnamon bark, eucalyptus radiata and rosemary and was inspired by the legend of thieves from France in the 15th century. While grave robbing, they used botanicals to protect themselves from disease. Thieves Essential Oil is used to support a healthy immune system. During cold and flu season I've been putting put a few drops in my home diffuser day and night (pictured below)! If I feel like a cold is brewing in one of us you better believe this Essential Oil is my go-to! I also use the home diffusers in my and my son's rooms at night. They work great as humidifiers (SO much better than the subpar humidifiers I've bought in the past). In the diffuser, the aroma of Thieves also creates a calm and tranquil atmosphere. I also put Theives Essential Oil topically - on the bottom of my son's feet before I send him off to preschool in the morning. And on all of us before heading out to the food store or library to name a few places! I love having a natural and healthy go-to to use on my kids. When I use this Essential Oil and all Young Living Essential Oils on myself and my family, I know that I am doing something tremendous for our health and wellness. Thieves Vitality is an Essential Oil that can be taken internally (topically and in the diffuser as well). Put a drop of Thieves Vitality in your hot coffee or tea. It can be put in a vegetable capsule and taken internally to support a healthy immune system as well. If you like to bake, add a drop of Thieves Vitality to your muffins or cookies! This little gem is so versatile and powerful, I feel so grateful to have found it and now share it!
